១.១.អ្វីជា Windows?
Windows ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងដោយក្រុមហ៊ុន Microsoft។ Windows មិនដូចគ្នាទៅនឹង Software ធម្មតាឡើយ។ វាគឺជា Operating System ដែលធ្វើការគ្រប់គ្រងទៅលើការងារទាំងឡាយនៅលើកុំព្យូទ័ររបស់អ្នក។ Windows មានច្រើនប្រភេទ ដូចជា Windows NT.Windows98,Windows 2000,Xp,Windows 7, Window 8, Window 8.1, Window 10, etc.

១.៣. យល់ដឹងអំពី Keyboard Shortcut
§ ការប្រើប្រាស់ Keyboard shortcut នៅក្នុង Window អនុញ្ញាតអោយអ្នកធ្វើការបញ្ជាទៅលើការបើកកម្មវិធី ឬក៏ ឯកសារផ្សេងៗរបស់អ្នកដោយមិនចាំបាច់ប្រើ Mouse។
§ វិធីសាស្រ្តនេះជួយអោយអ្នកធ្វើការបើកឬក៏បិទកម្មវិធីយ៉ាងលឿន ហើយវាពេញនិយមសំរាប់អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ទូទៅ។
